Tetsuya Tashiro es un joven dibujante nacido en 1984, residente en la prefectura de Aichi. Debutó en 2008 con la obra "Kamigami no Address", y poco después, en 2010, empezó a colaborar con el guionista Takahiro para publicar "Akame ga kill!" en las páginas de la revista "Gekkan Gangan JOKER".
