Eleanore Marie Sarton (Wondelgem, Bélgica, 1912–York, Estados Unidos, 1995). Poeta, memorialista y escritora, nació en Bélgica de padre belga-estadounidense y madre inglesa; la familia dejó Bélgica después del asesinato del archiduque Francisco Fernando.
