Synopsis "Cactus Blossoms"

Nina didn't want to go live with her grandparents, whom she had never met, in Texas. What would they be like? But after her mother's death, she has no choice. She meets her six exuberant cousins, including the irrepressible Nancy, story-telling Danny, mischievous Hank, and the others. But the biggest obstacle is Grandma, who is not glad to see her and seems impossible to please. Would she ever feel welcome in her new home? Then just when she thinks she's found her new home, a mysterious man who seems to be watching her. Who is he, and what does he want with her?Come along with Nina on her journey to her new home, where she finds that beautiful things can come out of rough times...just like the blossoms on the cactus that grows on the horizon.
