Other notable roles include her participation in "La mujer en el espejo" (2004-2005) and "Montecristo" (2007-2008)

In 2024, Paola showcased her culinary talent by winning the sixth season of "MasterChef Celebrity Colombia". This achievement inspired her to launch her first cookbook, "Cocina con Paola" (2025), where she shares dishes that reflect her passion for gastronomy.
