Count on Forever - Brandy Pelletier

A once-in-a-lifetime love. A second chance to get it right.

Shaw Lacey is a man of routines: long days on the family farm, quiet nights in his tucked-away cabin. But news that his former fiancée has returned to Holly Holler disrupts his predictable life, stirring up long-buried feelings. He’s determined to avoid her at all costs, but in a small town where memories linger in every corner, it’s impossible to ignore the woman who once owned his heart.

Eighteen years ago, a sudden scandal drove Millie Donovan from her hometown and the boy who promised her forever. When she returns to settle her estranged mother’s affairs, she plans to keep her stay brief and her heart guarded. But an unexpected revelation pulls Shaw back into her life, forcing her to confront the man whose heart she broke.

As they cultivate a tentative truce, Shaw and Millie discover that the roots of a first love grow deep. The spark between them still burns bright, but are they brave enough to let their love bloom once more?

An emotional small-town romance brimming with forgiveness, love, and second chances, Count on Forever is the third book in the Lacey Bros series.
