Ist die schweizerische Art der direkten Demokratie, die kein Pendant in einem anderen Land hat, ein vorteilhafter Faktor für die Entwicklung und das Funktionieren des Entscheidungsprozesses in Polen?Die These dieser Arbeit besagt, dass die Einführung direktdemokratischer Instrumente in Polen - Referendum, Volksinitiative und Veto des Volkes - möglich ist und einen Fortschritt für das polnische politische System und die Gesellschaft in Polen darstellen würde.Als Folge davon würden sich die Menschen für die Gegenwart und die Zukunft des Landes mitverantwortlich fühlen. Andererseits würden diejenigen, die sich bisher eher passiv verhalten haben, das Gefühl gewinnen, geschätzt und gebraucht zu werden, was ihr Interesse an der Politik neu entfachen würde.
