Case of Kagabi group / Kabare chiefdom in South Kivu / DR Congo" we have shown that NGOs and other development actors initiate development projects in favour of local communities throughout the province in general and in Kagabi group, Kabare chiefdom in particular, but most of these projects fail for various reasons.This work is an appeal to these NGOs and state actors, but also the community to make great efforts, and always preceded by a careful analysis of the real problems of communities so that their actions bring satisfaction to the desiderata of the beneficiaries.In order to arrive at the results that are highlighted in this work, the systemic method was used as a lamp post throughout the process, together with techniques such as the survey questionnaire, the instrument par excellence for collecting the views of the targeted respondents.
