Sua finalidade precípua é intermediar a passagem entre o sistema constitucional antigo e o novo. Infere-se disso seu caráter eminentemente transitório. Em face disso, surgiram doutrinadores que passaram a criticar a possibilidade de se emendar o ADCT. Nesse diapas úo, o presente trabalho consiste em uma pesquisa acerca das correntes doutrinárias contrárias á possibilidade de se emendar o ADCT. Para isso, os argumentos dos autores foram agrupados em categorias argumentativas. S úo elas: a temporal, a teleológica e a da seguran §a jurídica.
