Synopsis "DNA Copy Number Variations (CNVs) in cholangiozellulären Karzinomen (in German)"

Um Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede zwischen intrahepatischen (IH-CCC) und extrahepatischen (EH-CCC) Cholangiokarzinomen zu untersuchen, wurden 24 Formalin-fixierte Tumorproben hinsichtlich genomweiter Copy Number Variations (CNVs) mit Hilfe der hochauflösenden Molecular Inversion Probe Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (MIP SNP) Technologie analysiert. Hiermit konnten innerhalb signifikanter Copy Number Aberrationen neue potentielle Zielgene in Cholangiokarzinomen identifiziert werden. Durch diese Methode wird die Perspektive einer zukünftigen schnellen, in der Routine einsetzbaren Bestimmung von DNA Copy Number Status und Markergen-Identifizierung zur individualisierten, Marker-basierten Therapie eröffnet.
