Synopsis "Echo from Shady Mountain"

Inhabitants of the fictional Echo Valley Community College and the little town below Shady Mountain hear the warning echoes of "wolf spirits" amid turmoil and chaos. This is a fast moving mystery and romance for all ages, teen through older adult. Echo from Shady Mountain is the first of the fictional Echo Valley series. The residents in Echo Valley and the surrounding mountains have been under the spell of the rich and powerful Snow family since the 1940's. The series starts in 1997 and the characters still struggle through the sequels. Just when it seems that the characters are finished with me, and I've finished with all of them, they take over my life again. Therefore, I continue writing and continue to write. I'm not sure when the last sequel will be done. Echo from Shady Mountain establishes Eliza who grew up on Shady Mountain and went to school with a degree in college down below in Echo Valley. She gained a law degree in Chicago and continued law practice there only to be pulled back to the valley through circumstances caused by the niece that she raised. The corruption that she had been shielded from as she grew up prompts her to take a new direction in her life. She finds a new career, a new romance interest and plenty of mystery and conflict to contend with. Follow the characters, Eliza, Angela, Greg, and others down a path of mystery, heartache, suspense and romance.
