¡Eh, hola, soy Agus Pianola! Convivo con una panda de monstruos, que antes vivían en el Libro de los monstruos y ahora ocupan mi habitación. Juntos leemos, jugamos y, de vez en cuando, también vivimos alguna aventura increíble, como aquel día que por culpa del Dr. Brot acabamos todos cayendo por el agujero de un árbol muy extraño. Los monstruos me aclararon que era el Árbol de las pesadillas, pero yo más bien diría que era una pesadilla de árbol, ¡porque no había manera de salir de él! Jaume Copons (Barcelona, 1966) is a prolific Spanish writer and screenwriter, specialized in children's and young adult literature. He started his career as a screenwriter on "Barrio Sésamo" and has worked on series such as "Los Lunnis" and "Los Algos". He studied Catalan philology and was a high school teacher before fully dedicating himself to writing. His work is characterized by combining humor, imagination, and educational values, and has been translated into multiple languages

Among his most notable works are the series "Yo, Elvis Riboldi" (2011), co-written with Daniel Cerdà, and "Agus y los monstruos" (since 2013), in collaboration with illustrator Liliana Fortuny. He has also published titles such as "No leeré este libro" (2021) and the collection "Bitmax & Co" (since 2020). He has received awards such as the Joaquim Ruyra and the Guillem Cifre de Colonya, establishing himself as a key figure in contemporary children's literature.

Liliana Fortuny (Barcelona, 1976) is a Spanish illustrator and animator specialized in children's and young adult literature. Trained at Escola Massana and Llotja de Barcelona, she has worked in animation for Javier Mariscal's studio and in stage projects with Marcel·lí Antúnez. Her style is characterized by expressive strokes and a playful approach, combining digital techniques with pencil sketches. Besides illustrating books, she has created music videos and album covers.

Together with writer Jaume Copons, Fortuny has co-created two successful series: Agus y los monstruos (2014) and Bitmax & Co (2020), both published by Combel Editorial. These collections have sold over a million copies and have been translated into more than 20 languages. Her works combine narrative and comic, addressing themes such as friendship, empathy, and respect for nature, and are aimed at readers aged 6 to 11 years.
