Sergio Andricaín (La Habana, 1956) is a Cuban writer, journalist, and editor specialized in children's and young adult literature. Graduated in Sociology from the University of Havana, he has worked as a researcher at the Juan Marinello Center for Cultural Research and has collaborated on reading promotion programs in countries such as Costa Rica and Colombia. He currently resides in Miami, United States, where he co-founded the Cuatrogatos Foundation, dedicated to promoting reading in Spanish. His work as an editor and researcher has been fundamental in the dissemination of children's literature in Latin America.
