Ricardo Gómez Garzón is a distinguished Colombian musician, composer, and coach, known for his innovative approach to communication and organizational leadership. He is the creator of the Musiconomy model, which uses musical principles to enhance skills such as active listening, leadership, and teamwork in business environments.

Gómez holds a degree in Systems Management from Politécnico Grancolombiano, a degree in Business Administration from Universidad EAN, and a Master's in Business Administration from Swiss Management Center University. He has been a university professor for nearly a decade and holds certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and as a Team Coach by the International Coaching Community (ICC).

In 2025, he published his book Don't Talk to Me in That Tone, addressing the importance of active listening in interpersonal and organizational communication. Through musical analogies, he offers practical tools to improve the quality of our conversations and relationships.

Besides his role as a writer, Gómez is an international speaker and workshop leader, having worked in various countries in Latin America, including Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Costa Rica, and Argentina.
