Synopsis "Entwicklung Und Validierung Von Misoprostol Mittels Uv-Spektrophotometr (in German)"

Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war die Entwicklung und Validierung einer stabilitätsindizierenden UV-spektroskopischen Methode zur Quantifizierung von Misoprostol in Bulk-Form, das üblicherweise zur Behandlung von NSAID-bedingten Geschwüren eingesetzt wird. In der Studie wurde nur die Bulk-Form von Misoprostol verwendet und 0,1N HCl als Lösungsmittel gewählt, nachdem zuvor Löslichkeitstests durchgeführt wurden. Die Methode wurde unter Verwendung des ELICO-Doppelstrahl-SL-120/UV-Spektrophotometers entwickelt und validiert. Auf der Grundlage der physikalischen Parameter und der Löslichkeit von Misoprostol wurde eine Standard-Stammlösung des Arzneimittels hergestellt, und die Absorptionsmaxima wurden bei 281 nm bestimmt. Die Linearität wurde durch die Herstellung von Lösungen im Bereich von 2-10 g/ml hergestellt, und die Studie folgte den Q3D-Richtlinien der ICH. Die entwickelte UV-spektroskopische Methode zur Quantifizierung von Misoprostol in Bulk-Form erwies sich als schnell, einfach, kostengünstig und für seine spezifische Bestimmung geeignet. Die Methode entsprach den etablierten Richtlinien und wies eine gute Linearität mit zufriedenstellender LOD, LOQ, Genauigkeit und Präzision auf.
