Synopsis "Finding Peace"

Finding Peace is basically a book about how I found peace and serenity. I have included my personal journey towards peace and serenity. The book illustrates exactly how the reader can do what I did in order to find inner peace and perhaps some outer harmony and peace in their life as well. This book is for the thinking reader. I, myself, am a thoughtful and analytical type of person, and have a diverse spiritual background.I have covered as many bases as I could think of in this book. My journey has been a very spiritual one. There is a large volume of information in this book about how to improve your self-esteem and self-confidence. Self-confidence is an essential ingredient in finding serenity, I believe, and have included the results of my considerable research on how to build self esteem.
