Der Zweck dieser Studie ist es, die Beziehung zwischen Genexpression und Splei effizienz zu untersuchen, da diese Beziehung nicht systematisch mit einem bioinformatischen Ansatz untersucht wurde. In dieser Forschungsarbeit konzentrieren wir uns auf die Frage, wie die Genexpression die Evolution von drei Hauptspleisssignalen einschränken würde: die Donor-Spleissstelle, die Akzeptor-Spleissstelle und die Branchpoint-Sequenz (BPS).
