A time of exterminations, ethnic cleansing, intolerance; of persecutory, negationist, phobic Nazi-Zionism; of the decadence of the imperial hegemon and its "vassals"; of unipolarity; of "exceptionality" proclaiming "rules" that sweep away civilizations, cultures; that mock coexistence, order, laws. Time, of the emergence of multipolarity, dignity, sovereignty so often postponed; of the few, certainly, that every day, are more. Of the cry for freedom, self-determination; the construction of peace.
