Various people may seem to suffer from the same problem from the outside, but the causes may be different for different people. Hence remedies should be applied after knowing the cause in each case. For example, though various people may suffer from headache, the causes may be different. Headache may be caused because of high blood pressure, low blood pressure, hangover, lack of sleep, being hungry for a long period of time, stress and some other reasons. Though the visible effect seems to be the same which is headache, the treatment may be different depending on the cause.
