Jessica Courtney-Tickle is an illustrator based in London, England. She is passionate about combining watercolor and digital techniques to create works that bridge traditional and modern illustration. Described as whimsical and dreamy, her work often focuses on fairy tales and folklore. Jessica has received critical acclaim for her illustrations, particularly for her work on My Nana's Garden, written by Dawn Casey, which won the Northern Light's Picture Book award. The book was also shortlisted for the Kate Greenaway Medal that same year. Her greatest achievement to date has been her work on The Story Orchestra, a successful series of musical books published by Frances Lincoln.
