Synopsis "Life Movement"
These articles were written in a period while the people who were living in Turkey witnessed bombs increase in city centers and in the middle of our daily lives; for example, at a wedding, for example at a rally and for example when wandering the city streets. When the joy of welcoming a new year is joined with passion yet another bombing which leaves us crawled the next day, I made a decision as I opened my eyes and laid out what I have written on to my bed. Within these articles which I have written every fifteen days, I was going to select, peel the layers one by one and turn it into a "Life Movement" suggestion. I was persistent because within every new day we would face fatigue and exhaustion in the mornings and that it was possible to protect our self's by staying healthy and strong through the body. After I had found the idea, I called my friends who had just began the publishing activities at the Newspaper Karınca for at least thirteen weeks the Life Movement articles were being published. Which started on the third of the new year and continued to be published five days a week. Most of the life movement articles start with "kindness, courage and goodness...," during the equal periods which I gave workshop studies, I had the need to add to these virtues as such as integrity/unity and solidarity.Kindness; my requirement for a humane working principle, Courage; because it is the necessity of the creative movement, Goodness; D.W. Winnicott and Carl Rogers are the two theorists which I follow in their tracks and because of that the "good" perspective has made my posture in life more meaningful, Integrity/unity; as long as we can integrate, be healthier and together, we become stronger, Solidarity; in are quite fragile lives, I think that "Self-realization" is possible and easier at a rate of enrichment and multiplying are posture.Being strong is not about swollen muscles supported by protein powders. First of all, power, your power I believe that a big part of it can be achieved through the body. I am experiencing in every area and realizing that, to know and to put on courage as a candidate for creativity. If you desire hum some songs while you are cooking in the kitchen or if you desire you could work as a choreographer or a director in the Worlds upcoming dance community or if you desire work as a physicist at Cern. If you want to change the World, I guess you would have to try something different. If it was up to me, you should start with yourself.
