"Escribo poemas según vienen, según surge la necesidad, la fuerza que debe llegarte, el entusiasmo. Nunca he premeditado un libro de poemas. Pero cuando esos poemas se van acumulando yo suelo encontrar un sentido axial a mis libros. Y me gusta que giren alrededor de una viga central, si es posible. Y por ello cuento ahora la historia de este libro que quiere unir realidad y delirio, sexo y utopía, y que protesta sin cesar contra un mundo(el del Orden, el de la Corrección Política) que cada día me parece más siniestro y peor. No sé si sobreviviremos. O si lo hará el planeta."
