To absolve himself of his guilt, the renowned crime novelist Nathan Rothwell recorded a confession on his smartphone prior to his demise. The recording unveiled the true events of the night when his sister and Lytefoot Hall's estate manager were murdered, as well as his uncontrollable desire for Lady Arabella Lytefoot's ghostly presence. The following year after Nathan's death, 21-year-old police trainee Steven Runcombe stumbled upon Nathan's phone during an eight-month-long investigation that erroneously concluded Nathan was guilty of murder. Steve was intrigued by Nathan's spectral account and developed a curious thirst for uncovering supernatural truths.Equipped with borrowed ghost-hunting equipment and Nathan's smartphone, Steve enlisted Rob and two other reluctant friends to explore Lytefoot Park further in order to unravel more of Nathan's story. However, they had not anticipated how dangerous it would be once they entered Thydon le Marsh village, or ventured onto Lytefoot's sprawling 400-acre estate. As they delved deeper into their investigation, it became increasingly clear that both the village and Lytefoot Hall were ominous places where reality ceased to exist long ago.
