Synopsis "Mindful Days"

After a lifetime of teaching people how to be fit, healthy and well, David Hegarty has produced a miscellany of observations, ideas, teachings and memoirs that represent his philosophy on life in the Wellness Industry. To this end, he promotes the idea of health in mind and in body, and the element of personal spirit, and how each continuously affects the other.. For thirty-five years, he developed and used his system 'Mindset Attitude and Practice'(c) in his Personal Training Facility in Dublin's city centre. The purpose of being Fit, Healthy and Well, in his view, is to get more from your life, and yourself, with less wear and tear. This book that has been described as a Business Book that is not about the needs of Business. It's about the needs of people who live and work in that sector, or any other. It's a book you can dip into. Keep it in the kitchen, the car, the rest room, on the bedside table, for an idea, or a viewpoint, on which to reflect, refresh, or redirect your mind in a useful direction. In its pages, you'll find short pieces on which to reflect and think about, as may suit. It's a different take on the approach to being Fit, Healthy and Well. www.commonsensewellness.ie david@commonsensewellness.ie 087-2321128
