Synopsis "Ninja Slayer, Part 2: Last Girl Standing"

The Hunt Continues In this second volume of Ninja Slayer readers are treated to two stories from Bradley Bond and Philip Morzez's legendary novel. Power hungry white collar workers take to the abandoned wastes of Neo Saitama to hunt bio-engineered lifeforms in "Kill-Zone Sumo Wrestler." The duo were not aware that this old complex is also the home to a ninja! In "Last Girl Standing," Koki Yamoto discovers that she is a she-ninja after witnessing a tragic event. Now she must control her previously suppressed power, while protecting herself and her friends from the violence that lurks over most of Neo Saitama.

Yuuki Yogo is a Japanese manga artist, known for his work on various adaptations and projects within the science fiction and mecha genre. He is especially recognized for his collaboration with screenwriter Yoshiaki Tabata on the series Shin Mazinger Zero, a modern and darker reinterpretation of the classic Mazinger Z created by Go Nagai.

Yogo began his career in the manga industry working on various minor projects before joining Tabata to bring Shin Mazinger Zero to life in 2009. His drawing style in this series is notably detailed and dynamic, with a focus on intense action and combat scenes, which are characteristic of the mecha genre. The series, which was published in Akita Shoten's Champion RED magazine, explores deep themes such as power, destruction, and responsibility, all through the perspective of an alternate universe that endangers humanity.

Throughout his career, Yuuki Yogo has been praised for his ability to combine classic manga aesthetics with a modern and visually dramatic approach. His work on Shin Mazinger Zero has allowed him to gain a fan base both in Japan and internationally.
