Synopsis "Oh to be a Vulcan"

Trying to find contentment (let alone happiness) in an ever increasing materialistic and self seeking society can be like trying to fill a woven basket with water. This explains why the ancient Greek philosophy and practice of Stoicism is reemerging among many around the world. This little book delves into this philosophy using a bit of light hearted fiction as well as nonfiction to better understand the practical use of Stoicism and its intertwining and often controversial relationship to Christianity (Neo-Stoicism). Proper understanding and practice of Neo-Stoicism can be one of the most effective ways of finding true inner peace, happiness and fulfillment in a narcissistic, self-centered and unsatisfied world.
