It is, however, an attempt to challenge, where there is the opportunity to challenge, and to explore and reassess the reasons why we do what we do when it comes to the practice of sound healing.

It's a book about a sound healers personal development, and the esoteric and alternative view to this fascinating practice. It's also about the Energy worlds which lay at the heart of the natural world, like the Tuning Fork Principle and the Law of Attraction because sound healing cannot be considered without exploring this.

The hope is that OUR VIBE-A Sound Healing Journey is a book that will be liberating and give a sense of freedom that reflects the possibility of these new times with the new permissions for personal refinement, development and evolvement, for those whom this sense resonates.

And it's a book with tips and techniques, assisting meditations, and interviews and advice from other sound healers who willingly share their passions and experiences.

It is a book that is intended to shine a light and provide some insight into the sound healers world and to encourage curiosity and serve as an invitation to someone who is considering attending a sound healing session. And it's for the more seasoned who might simply like to learn more about the sound healing art and the Our Vibe Sound Healing community, and the many companionships forged through this most wonderful world.
