إنَّ أول ما اكتشفناه - نحن المهمومين بالبحث عن مسببات الأزمة - هو أنه ثمة أمور عديدة لا يعرفها الليبيون عن بلدهم خاصةً نحن الشباب الذين تدار على ظهورهم الحرب، ولهذا نحن هنا لا نتحدَّث عن شريعة عامة، وإنما نبحث معًا عن آداب وقواعد الإنسان الليبي، الإنسان وليس المواطن citizen، فالحالة الفوضوية التي اعترَت ليبيا منذ سنة 2014 والتي ستظلُّ قائمة لزمن طويل جرَّدَتِ الليبي مِن مفهوم الوطنية والانتماء للكل وهو البلد، وأبعدَته حتى عن مجريات العالَم، فلَم يعد سِوَى إنسان يعيش في مجتمع يمرُّ بأزمة ذات تحوُّلات سريعة، وهنا كان مِن الضروري أن نناقشها مِن زاوية لَم تُطرَح مِن قَبل، فهذا البحث فضلًا عن كونه نبشًا في التاريخ الليبي هو بحث اجتماعي مِن وجهة نظر شابَّة - على الأقل شابَّة خلال كتابة هذا البحث - وتصوير لمكامن أزمة ما بعد الثورة، مِن شأنه أن يصل بنا إلى تحديد ما يعانيه هذا البلد المتوسطي- الإفريقي الذي لَم يساهم منذ فترة طويلة في أحداث العالم سِوَى بالدمار.
