A sailor who lives floating along past the edge of society, watching from the outside, only occasionally peeking in at humanity at ports on the shore... when the need arises. He owns a small commercial sail boat registered under the name "Perdition's Reprieve" which, at just 12 years old, he inherited from his father who drown mysteriously in the middle of Lake Michigan. Using his father's boat, Frank makes his living as a courier. His latest contract wrenches him from his isolation and puts this self-described student of history at the paranoid heart of a conspiracy.
