Hay que formar vocaciones, y ésta es una tarea que atañe especialmente al Obispo y a quienes él designa para ejercer tal función en el seminario. Se habla de crisis de vocaciones, pero habrá que hablar por igual de crisis de formadores. Por ello, a la promoción vocacional, tan necesaria, se ha de añadir la promoción de buenos formadores, conscientes y responsables de la misión tan sustancial e imprescindible que desempeñan.
