Mark served in various staff positions at the Pentagon, United States Transportation Command, United States Africa Command, and the Defense Logistics Agency. He also participated in multiple deployments in support of contingency operations throughout the world. In addition, Mark is a graduate of Auburn University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and the Air Command and Staff College. He holds credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP(R)), Certified Scrum Master(R), and Agile Coaching Skills-Certified Facilitator(R).
