English summary: In Roman Imperial times Limyra was mentioned as the "Metropolis of the Lycian" and its urban bloom during this time is reflected in the monumental buildings. The existence of a Roman community in the city and its prominent citizens in the upper classes of Lycian society are known from ancient inscriptions. But the scarcity of material artifacts from this era found at the excavation site contrasts with the known importance of the city. Two closed finding complexes excavated during 2002-2003 and 2007-2010 created the first opportunity for a contextual study of Roman Imperial ceramics from Limyra. Ceramics were an integral part of every household in ancient times and give archeological indications of sociocultural and economic development and finally settlement history. Tableware in particular is representative of contemporary tastes as they evolve and allows us to see the diachronic changes in consumption behavior more clearly. This book presents not only the spectrum of Roman Imperial imported and local-regional tableware of the East Lycian city Limyra, but at the same time examines the tableware as a testimony of the material legacy of this era, particularly with regard to sociocultural, socioeconomic and historical questions of the settlement. German description: In der Kaiserzeit trug die ostlykische Stadt Limyra in den Inschriften den Titel "Metropolis der Lykier" und ihre urbane Blute wird noch heute von monumentalen Bauten widergespiegelt. Inschriftlich bezeugt sind die Existenz einer Romergemeinde sowie einzelne prominente, zur lykischen Oberschicht gehorende Burger. Allerdings stellt das sparliche Fundmaterial dieser Epoche einen deutlichen Gegensatz zur offensichtlichen Bedeutung der antiken Stadt dar. Zwei geschlossene Fundkomplexe aus den Grabungen der Jahre 2002-2003 in der Weststadt und 2007-2010 in der Nordweststadt Limyras boten bisher die erste Gelegenheit, kaiserzeitliche Keramik aus Limyra kontextuell zu untersuchen. Die Keramik als notwendiger Bestandteil jedes Haushalts in der Antike gibt im archaologischen Kontext Hinweise auf soziokulturelle und wirtschaftliche Entwicklungen und nicht zuletzt auch auf die Siedlungsgeschichte. Besonders wegen seines reprasentativen und am Zeitgeschmack orientierten Charakters ermoglicht das Tafelgeschirr diachrone Anderungen im Konsumverhalten deutlich zu erfassen. In der vorliegenden Publikation wird nicht nur zum ersten Mal das Spektrum des importierten und lokal-regional hergestellten Tafelgeschirrs der ostlykischen Stadt Limyra in der Kaiserzeit vorgelegt, sondern auch die Tischkeramik als Zeugnis der materiellen Hinterlassenschaft dieser Epoche im Hinblick auf die soziokulturelle, soziookonomische und siedlungsgeschichtliche Frage unter die Lupe genommen.
