Synopsis "Synthese, Charakterisierung, antioxidative In-vitro-Aktivität (in German)"

Eine neue Reihe von Zimt erworbenen Hydrazon-Schiff-Base-Liganden und koordinierten Chrom(III)-Komplexen wurde durch die einfache Kondensationsreaktion von 2-Hydrazino-Carbonyldrazid mit Zimtaldehyd (extrahiert aus ethanolischer Lösung von Zimtpulver), Pyrrolcarboxaldehyd und Chrom(III)-Salz im Molverhältnis 2:1 synthetisiert. Alle synthetisierten Verbindungen wurden mit Hilfe verschiedener analytischer und spektroskopischer Techniken wie Elementaranalyse, molare Leitfähigkeit, UV-Vis, FTIR, XRD, TEM und TGA charakterisiert. Auf der Grundlage der physikalisch-chemischen Messungen wurden die folgenden empirischen Formeln den Chrom(III)-Komplexen [Cr(H2L)1] Cl2. H2O und [Cr(H2L)2] Cl2. H2O zugeordnet, wobei (H2L)1 der von Zimt erworbene Hydrazon-Schiff-Base-Ligand und (H2L)2 der aus Pyrrol-Crboxaldehyd erhaltene Schiff-Base-Ligand ist. Die gesamte antioxidative Aktivität aller Verbindungen wurde mit der DPPH-Methode getestet und ihre antioxidative Aktivität wurde durch Vergleich mit der Standardsubstanz 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazinyl bewertet. Es handelt sich um ein dunkel gefärbtes kristallines Pulver, das aus stabilen freien Radikalmolekülen besteht.
