Andy Mientus es actor y escritor. Su carrera como actor comenzó cuando protagonizó Spring Awakening en la primera compañía de gira nacional. Hizo su debut en Broadway en una reposición de Los Miserables en el 2014.

En el 2014, también fue elegido como El Flautista en la serie The Flash de CW.

En el 2017, Burn All Night, un musical que Mientus ayudó a escribir, se estrenó en el American Repertory Theatre en Cambridge, Massachusetts.
