Synopsis "The day we Left"

This story you are about to read was encouraged from vivid dreams that started years ago haunting this author. The dreams started back in 1999. She was experiencing a recurring dream that came at least once a month. In these dreams it was pure chaos in our beloved country. It was like a vision to her that didn't stop until she started writing it down on paper. Subsequently, it continued to the next phase as though someone was deliberately telling a story. She witnessed what she believed to be the dark days of the holocaust, because the woman in the dreams was Jewish, and of a different skin color. Her mind was fixed on what seemed to be her life. The experience was surreal. She felt pulled into her soul as though she was this Jewish lady. Even though it was sad to watch her world fall apart night after night, she couldn't help but find herself anticipating the adventure with a strange sense of excitement. Soon she began to feel horrified. All around her, people were dying. And then she had a bad feeling.
