Consisting on over 630 pages of text, typed on legal size paper and accompanied by photographs and maps, the manuscript has been reproduced in two volumes. Volume 2; the appendices to Spence's manuscript, including field orders and memoranda; plans of liaison; casualty and evacuation reports; decorations, honors and commendations; roster of officers of the division during its active operations; list of French and British officers attached; station lists; experiences of P.O.W.s; biographical data on the general officers and chief of staff, and other miscellaneous documents. 20 sections of map sheets accompanying Spence's manuscript are included.
