Chuck Dixon (nacido el 14 de abril de 1954 en Filadelfia, Pensilvania) es un prolífico guionista estadounidense de cómics, reconocido por su extenso trabajo en Marvel y DC Comics. Desde joven, desarrolló una pasión por los cómics, influenciado por su padre, quien le proporcionaba pilas de revistas para fomentar su lectura. Esta afición lo llevó a estudiar cómo se construían las historias en el medio.

Su carrera profesional comenzó en la década de 1980, trabajando en títulos como Evangeline y Conan el Bárbaro. Sin embargo, fue en los años 90 cuando alcanzó notoriedad al co-crear al villano Bane en Batman: Vengeance of Bane, personaje que desempeñó un papel crucial en la saga Knightfall. Además, tuvo una destacada participación en The Punisher, donde desarrolló tramas que profundizaban en la psicología del personaje y su lucha contra el crimen organizado.

A lo largo de su carrera, Dixon ha trabajado en una amplia variedad de títulos y géneros, desde SpongeBob SquarePants hasta adaptaciones gráficas de obras literarias como El Hobbit de J.R.R. Tolkien.
