Synopsis "The Sharpest Cut"

Arrested for murder, Private Detective Zack Stack knows he is guilty. Not of murder, but of endangering those in his life. Actions have consequences, a stark revelation to Zack while he sits in jail while the police build a case against him and his friends search for clues to exonerate him. His search to end the cloud hanging over his life, and those around him, caused a reaction. One Zack didn't see until police catch him in bed next to his dead girlfriend. The police detective thinks he has his man and the case is closed. A resourceful crime scene investigator along with Zack's colleagues at his detective agency prove otherwise. But Zack realizes he is the only one who can solve the case and find who is responsible for the brutal killing of his girlfriend. A brazen escape from jail changes the fortunes. Hours away from being released, now, Zack is wanted again. As Zack races to prevent the death of another close friend, he's forced to make an uneasy alliance with a person from his recent past that has a good reason to double-cross him. Seduction for love, or for manipulation? Zack can't decide but as he puts the puzzle pieces together, the reality could not be clearer for Zack. Someone must die. Zack faces off ready for that person to be him. It' the only way he can put it all to an end. Or is it?
