Synopsis "Transforming Your Life, Conversion - It is a Process"

Rebecca Montgomery is the author of Transforming Your Life/Conversion-It's a Process. Born in 1958, she was the third of eight children in the Apalachicola region of Florida. Rebecca is a graduate of American InterContinental University with a major in Business Administration and Accounting. Continuing her education, she is now studying for a doctorate degree in education and leadership. Rebecca also has taken creative writing classes for fun at the nearby Tallahassee Community College.Rebecca was raised in holiness at The First-Born Church of the Living God in Port St. Joe, Florida. She was eager to learn as much as possible about the Lord and eventually earned the place of apprentice to some of the great leaders in the area. Under the guidance of Mother Rosa L. Thompson, Rebecca traveled throughout South Florida and North Georgia, setting up revivals and preaching the Word of God. She reached into her pockets and fed the hungry, clothed those who needed clothes, and found shelter for the homeless. Rebecca also worked in a prison ministry and was eventually trained to become a chaplain for the state of Florida. She later worked in the Marianna district with her training. Rebecca decided to open and lead her own church. Since January of 2008, she founded and served as pastor of Grace & Mercy International Tabernacle, Inc., located in Tallahassee, Florida. Rebecca also serves as an overseer and helped build some churches in the state of Texas. During her spare time she enjoy spending time with her four children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
