Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Herstellung von Aluminium-Hybrid-Verbundwerkstoffen mittels Friction Stir Processing. Der Hybridverbundwerkstoff wird durch Dispersion von Zirkonium- und Glaspulver in der Aluminiumlegierung 6082 hergestellt. Al 6082 wurde als Matrixlegierung ausgewählt, während Zirkonium- und Glaspulver der Grö en 540nm und 151nm als Verstärkungen betrachtet werden. Mikrostruktur, Härte und Verschlei verhalten des hybriden Verbundwerkstoffs wurden untersucht und mit der Grundmetalllegierung verglichen.
