Synopsis "Twist Ending"

The fear of the blank page is the worst feeling a writer can have. The dread of an enormous empty space waiting to be filled... the lack of ideas... of an original premise. But what if finding one turned out to be even worse? What if the very thing that gave the author his story's starting point also gave birth to a nightmare? That's exactly what Saúl Recáin is about to face. A writer whose career has barely begun, and who, with nothing to inspire his new novel, turns to an old, real-life crime buried in the files of the Basque police force in Bilbao. A case almost no one remembers anymore. Except the killer who committed it. A criminal who was never caught, and who has now come back for revenge, furious that Saúl dared to use his perfect crime. The fear of the blank page is nothing compared to offending a psychopath, and it's about to spark a terrifying game with consequences no one could have seen coming. "Watch what you write..."
