Synopsis "Two Chips in a Bag"

Billie's dad made the best chocolate chip cookies EVER! But now they say he's dead. They say Dr. Wagner has been killed in a top secret lab accident, but seventeen year old Billie refuses to believe it. When she begins to uncover the clues he left behind, she is sure this was no accident. But is he still alive, and if so, where is he? Is he in danger, and can she find him in time? Pursued by the dangerous Agent Davis, Billie turns to the one person she can trust, her childhood friend, Zach. But who are the good guys, and who are the bad guys? If by some miracle Billie's dad is still alive, maybe she and Zach can still find him. And along the way, they just might find a little something extra!
