Für die Erstlektüre empfiehlt sich am "Ende" des Buches zu beginnen, sich nach "vorne" durchzuarbeiten Der Blog wurde roh und unredigiert reproduziert, deshalb wird auch dieser Teil sehr preiswert verkauft, später soll eine völlig überarbeitete Version erscheinen - sie wird dieser "Blog-Version" viel zu verdanken haben! Ein Personenregister schlie t den Band ab.
