James Jones is an award-winning art director, designer, and illustrator from the UK who collaborates with publishers worldwide. He has worked at Orion Publishing Group, Vintage Books, and has been the art director at Oneworld Publications and Head of Zeus. His work has been recognized by institutions such as the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), the Type Directors Club, and the Academy of British Cover Design (ABCD).

Among his most notable works are The Perfect Fit (2021), One More Try (2022), and The Odd Fish (2022), all in collaboration with his wife, author Naomi Jones. These illustrated children's books have been translated into 19 languages and selected for programs like the BookBug of the Scottish BookTrust, as well as being finalists in multiple awards, including the Klaus Flugge.
