Ulf's Destiny - Virginie Marconato

She's been sent to kill him. He will prove her salvation.

Orphaned young and captured by a ruthless slave trader, Ylva has known nothing but cruelty. When she thought her nightmare might finally be over, her tormentor's daughter blackmails her into an impossible task: kill one of Wolf the Icelander's kin, or watch her only friend die.

Her target is Ulf, his eldest grandson.

Ulf is bewildered when a Saxon woman he's never met drives a blade toward him-then fails and looks horrified at what she's done. Despite every reason to distrust her, he listens. Her story is one of suffering he cannot ignore. There is only one thing to do.

He will help the woman who almost murdered him save her friend.

After such an unexpected beginning, Ulf and Ylva find it impossible to part without a proper goodbye-one fiery night of passion neither planned.

One night that will change everything.
