Synopsis "Un Amor de Botón (in Spanish)"

Enriqueta is always very well dressed, and Gabriel is something of a dandy. They don't know each other, but they both love buying coats. One day, after each has purchased a brand new coat, disaster strikes for both of them: a button falls off of each of their coats! Enriqueta travels the city looking for her button, to no avail. Gabriel can't find his either. They each find a different button, however, and sew it onto their respective jackets. One day, they're both at a restaurant, and from across the room they notice that they have each other's buttons--and so their love story begins. Whimsically illustrated, this charming tale folds out to tell the stories of Enriqueta and Gabriel in two separate books. Enriqueta es muy coqueta, y Gabriel siempre anda de pincel. No se conocen, pero a ambos les encanta comprar abrigos. Un día, después de que cada uno se haya comprado un abrigo nuevo, ocurre un desastre: un botón se cae de cada uno de sus abrigos! Enriqueta camina por la ciudad buscando su botón, pero no sirve de nada. Gabriel tampoco puede encontrar el suyo. Cada uno sí logra conseguir un botón distinto al del abrigo y se lo cose a su abrigo. Un día, ambos están en un restaurante, y desde el otro lado del cuarto se dan cuenta de que cada uno tiene el botón del otro, y así empieza su historia de amor. Ilustrado fantásticamente, este cuento encantador se despliega para contar las historias de Enriqueta y Gabriel en dos libros separados.
