China Miéville (London, 1972) is one of the most admired and iconic authors of current fantasy, and one of the biggest names in Anglo-Saxon literature thanks to his ability to create numerous contemporary classics, redefine the boundaries of the genre, and create the new weird or "anti-system fantasy".
