Claire Keegan (1968) es una escritora irlandesa destacada por su habilidad para crear relatos de gran profundidad emocional en formatos breves. Criada en una granja en el condado de Wicklow, Irlanda, Keegan estudió Literatura y Ciencias Políticas en Loyola University, Nueva Orleans. Posteriormente, completó una maestría en Escritura Creativa en la Universidad de Gales y un M.Phil. en Trinity College, Dublín.
