José Luis Flores (Santiago, 1975) es un escritor, guionista y director creativo chileno especializado en literatura fantástica y juvenil. Ha desarrollado una destacada trayectoria como creador de mundos narrativos para proyectos como Mitos y Leyendas y Humankind, dos reconocidos juegos de estrategia chilenos.
