Adrián Lerner
Adrian Lerner is an assistant professor of Latin American History at the University of Cambridge. He earned his PhD in History at Yale University and held postdoctoral positions at Princeton, Cambridge, and the Free University of Berlin, where he taught Global History. He is currently finishing a book on the urbanization of the Amazon in Peru and Brazil. He is the author and editor of essays, books, and articles about the histories of the environment, cities, public health, gender, violence, development, international relations, and authoritarianism in Latin America.
