Ana Pérez was born in Almansa (Albacete) in 2000. She studied psychology driven by her desire to better understand her own mind and that of others, aiming to handle daily challenges and assist those in need. Besides her interest in psychology, graphic design is another of her great passions. This interest led her to create the account @nacidramatica, where she shares psychological content with a practical, accessible, and visually appealing approach. In 2023, she published her first book, "Therapy to Go: 100 Psychological Tools to Better Manage Your Day-to-Day", a useful guide for emotional well-being.
